Right angle angle head
The machining center equipped with an ATC device features an arrestor arm with an orientation ring and positioning pins, allowing it to rotate 360° relative to the body. This design facilitates easy adjustment of the positioning block mounted on the spindle housing of the machining center, as well as the drive taper and head section.

By processing the sides without removing the workpiece, processing time can be reduced. The use of high-precision P4 class bearings and ground bevel gears minimizes operational noise and temperature rise. ATC is possible with a 30 taper machining center. Cutting edge angle: 90°, body weight: under 2.0 kg (pitch 55 mm), maximum rotational speed: 6,000 min⁻¹, collet type: ER8. *When using the angle head, a positioning block is required. The shape of the positioning block varies depending on the model of each machine tool, so please check with the machine manufacturer.
